Customers have exactly 7 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange. Requests made outside of this 7-day timeframe will not be accepted.
Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
We cannot accept returns on hair products that have been worn, altered, or removed from their original binding.
To initiate a return within the 7-day window, please contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected by our quality assurance team, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds are processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7 days of receiving your returned items.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect due to an error on our part.
